Self-Discovery

Figuring out yourself is difficult - and frustrating. Why? Because most of the time you’re actually going through the process of what you need to do, and where you need to be, for me, feels very chaotic and unrewarding.

Luckily, the rewarding part does come - and that’s the point of discovery. The energies from your new found discoveries and realizations launch you into amazing state of productivity and focus. These are the moments I look forward to, and wait for.

One recent realization that excited me was that once I have an office and people - the daytime office hours will be to focus me on what’s needed immediately, and then at night time I’ll think through and plan the next 6 months to 5 years: A 9 to 5 work day of methodical productive work, and then my imagination can run wild after hours.

This will be healthy for me. I do foresee some late nights of sleeplessness, but I’ll just power through with yoga in the early morning to ready myself for the day - and sleep like a baby the following night!

Kylie

I felt like sharing some photos of my dog.

I’ve had Kylie since she was 2 months old. Below are a few of my favourite photos. She was just a little fluffball as you will see..

I used to do agility training with Kylie. The first photo’s from about 4 years ago. You can’t see it, but I have a little geeky dog treat pouch for quick access to all of the sliced-liver goodness.

Next photo is just a really nice photo of Kylie that my sister took.

Winter time! I’ve always loved this photo. It has always felt majestic to me.

And for the finale - the killer fluffball puppy photo!

She was about 2 months old here, with 3 white socks, and so much cuteness that usually erupts people into an ‘awwwwww!’ when I show this to them.
